Q. What is your new patient procedure?

A. We like to welcome our new patient by discussing the nature of the visit and what they hope to achieve-obtain a complete history and exam.  We also develop a plan for moving forward.

Q. I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

A. Yes, you can still receive treatment.  We also have a sliding scale for payment.

Q.How much will my copayment be?

​

A. Your copayment is determined by insurance carrier and your deductible.
